265 acres - US$75,000,000

The Island

Caye Chapel is a 265 acre meticulously maintained island. The property measures 2.5 miles long and one half mile wide. The entire eastern shoreline is dedicated to pristine sandy beaches, while the western shoreline consists of the USGA rated, 18-hole championship golf course. The western shoreline consists of over 2 miles of concrete and vinyl seawall offering the island and marina protection.
The island sits on a solid coral base that requires no piling support for construction. Nine well-established and landscaped lakes along with more than 5,000 coconut palms and other tropical plants support a fantastic array of wildlife consisting of native birds, iguanas and crocodiles.
Most guests arrive by air transfer landing on Caye Chapel's 3,400 foot paved airstrip. The airstrip occupies the southern end of the island making it out of the way of most guest activities.

Located in the warm, crystal clear Caribbean waters of Belize, Central America at latitude 17.4N and longitude 88.02W, Caye Chapel is 12 miles northeast of Belize City. Belize is a quick two hour flight from most US gateway cities.
Expansion of the Belize City International Airport to accommodate 747's is nearly complete which will soon allow for non-stop flights from Europe.
